Update: 05.01.2022
All of our South East Queensland venues are currently open and operating.
We ask that you follow all Queensland Health guidelines while attending our centres - including checking-in with the QLD COVID app, social distancing wherever possible, wearing a mask (for guests over 12 years old) and staying home when you’re feeling unwell or if you are a close contact. Please note masks are not required to be worn when in the water or when engaged in strenuous exercise. You are not required to provide us proof of vaccination in order to attend our venue.
Please continue to regularly check the Queensland Health website for the most up to date information on restrictions.
We're aware that some customers will need to take time off from visiting our venue due to isolation requirements. If you require any assistance with your membership during this time, please contact us so that we can help.
Update 09.08.21
Following this morning’s COVID-19 announcement, all of our South East Queensland venues will re-open at scheduled operating times on Monday 9th August.
We ask that you follow all Queensland Health guidelines while attending our centres - check-in with the QLD COVID app, social distancing wherever possible, for guests over 12 years wearing a mask at all times, and staying home when feeling unwell. Please note masks are not required to be worn when in the water and when engaged with strenuous exercise.
Our pools, learn to swim lessons, health club and group fitness facilities will be operating as normal with some capacity restrictions where appropriate. These services are all classified as training, rehabilitation, swimming lessons, or recreation and thus are able to continue. Under the current Queensland, public health directive organized team sport including training is not permitted and as a result our Squad training will temporarily be suspended whilst this order is in place - we are looking forward to providing these services again for you in 2 weeks' time.
We look forward to seeing you back soon!
Update 02.07.21
Following this morning’s COVID-19 announcement, our Brisbane and North Lakes venues will remain closed until Sunday 4 July, when we will return to normal operations. All of our other venues will reopen as planned on Saturday 3 July.
We ask that you follow all Queensland Health guidelines while attending our centres. All visitors aged 12 and above must wear a mask before and after sessions, sign in with the Check In QLD app, and practice social distancing rules. However, you do not need to wear a mask when in the water or during strenuous exercise.
We look forward to seeing you back soon!

However, masks are not required while swimming or during strenuous exercise.
